We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry in Georgetown, Kentucky. We are in search of a skilled HRIS Analyst to be a part of our team. In this role, you'll be expected to uphold the maintenance and improvement of our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to identify potential enhancements and streamline processes.
Be in charge of the configuration and maintenance of the Workday HRIS system, which includes business processes, data fields, integrations, and reporting.
Participate actively in HRIS data migration and integration projects, with a key focus on preserving data quality and system compatibility.
Develop and share educative materials and guides to enlighten HR staff and employees about HRIS functionality and best practices.
Remain updated with new features and releases of Workday and evaluate their potential impact on our HR processes and systems.
Provide support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access.
Uphold documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system.
Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support HR and business decision-making.
Prepare and execute cross-application test scenarios with the HR team, ensuring all changes and enhancements are fully tested and meet all business requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Proficient in Workday ERP and Workday HCM.
Demonstrated ability in application configuration.
Proven experience in configuration management.
Strong project management skills.
Broad knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
