What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Workday Manager in the maintenance and enhancement of our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and continuous process improvements within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to analyze workforce data and optimize system performance.
- Apply HRIS best practices while managing data structures and system configurations.
What We Need From You
- Workday experience highly preferred (or similar HRIS system) with 2 years of experience in HR systems.
- Strong technical ability in configuration, implementation, and maintenance across multiple HRIS modules.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices to support system and business needs.
- Data-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, reporting capabilities, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for cross-functional reporting.
- Excellent communication skills—personable, outgoing, and professional, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, including the VP of HR.
