- Assisting with recruitment activities, such as creating job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Updating and maintaining employee records in HR systems.
- Administering compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
- Ensuring company policies, labor laws, and regulations are being adhered to.
- Providing HR-related support and addressing employee inquiries.
- Assisting in performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Organizing training and detail oriented development initiatives.
- Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
- Handling sensitive HR matters with discretion and confidentiality.
- Possession of skills in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Familiarity with Ceridian and Concur software
- Expertise in the About Time system
- Strong auditing skills
- Experience in conducting Background Checks
- Understanding of Benefit Functions within the financial sector
- Proven record in ensuring Compliance in previous roles
