In this role, you'll be providing administrative support within the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency in our processes.Responsibilities:• Prioritize employee safety within the organization.• Manage the tracking and reporting of employee time and attendance.• Provide support in talent acquisition processes, such as scheduling interviews and screening candidates.• Coordinate new permanent orientation and training events.• Maintain organized employee files and records, ensuring paperwork is filed promptly and accurately.• Respond to inquiries from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, and hiring procedures.• Assist in the coordination of special projects, including employee events and benefits enrollment.• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring prompt response and accuracy in all tasks.• Suggest new strategies, policies, and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and the services provided.• Prepare for meetings, which may include purchasing supplies or arranging refreshments.
