This key position is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including compliance, recruitment, compensation, and benefits, to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and supports a talented workforce.
As a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Human Resources will help shape the policies and programs that sustain our mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with state and federal regulations.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and enrollment processes.
- Collaborate on annual budgeting for wages and benefits; monitor associated costs.
- Manage personnel records, ensuring compliance with reporting and auditing requirements.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and retention strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze workforce trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Lead job description creation and revisions to ensure legal compliance.
- Participate in organizational goal-setting and long-range planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation, motivation, and high performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in progressive HR leadership roles, with a focus on personnel management preferred.
- Certification: SHRM-CP; SHRM-SCP or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Skills: Expertise in HR best practices, budgeting, and organizational strategy. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in ADP HRIS systems is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
