Responsibilities:• Execute administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.• Handle onboarding paperwork including I-9s and other related documents.• Assist in the audit of I-9 compliance and other benefit functions.• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues.• Monitor and update customer accounts as necessary.• Maintain and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.• Keep accurate records of customer credit information.• Ensure the smooth running of daily HR operations.• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
