About the Role: HR Assistant (Entry-Level)
This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources! As an HR Assistant, you’ll support our HR team with a variety of tasks that keep our department running smoothly. From helping with new hire onboarding to assisting with employee engagement initiatives, you’ll be involved in all the exciting aspects of HR that make a positive impact on our team and organization. If you’re organized, communicative, and excited to learn, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new team members by preparing materials, conducting orientation, and maintaining employee records.
- Keep things organized by maintaining up-to-date, compliant employee files.
- Help with benefits administration and be the go-to person for answering employee questions.
- Payroll support, data entry, and audits
- Support HR programs and initiatives, like employee engagement activities, training, and professional development.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, answering calls, and processing HR-related paperwork.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma (or equivalent); some college coursework in HR or a related field is a plus. HR Certificate or equivalent a plus!
- A can-do attitude and a passion for learning!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position
- Competitive pay, with room to grow! $21-24/hour depending on experience.
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
