In this role, you will be mainly responsible for handling HR-related tasks, ensuring seamless onboarding procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing high-quality customer service. Responsibilities:• Ensure efficient processing of HR-related activities, including background checks and auditing• Accurately manage and update employee records • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving HR-related inquiries• Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company• Utilize HRMS and other relevant software like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for HR-related tasks• Perform other administrative duties as required, demonstrating proficiency in Office, UKG, SuccessFactors.
