Human Resources (HR) Assistant

This is a full time, 100% ONSITE, temporary contractual opportunity that be 3-6 months long. While not guaranteed, there is a possibility for this open role to lead to a permanent position. It is located near Willow Grove, PA. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 4:00p (this schedule is flexible and can be changed after training period).We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources (HR) Data Entry Specialist to support the migration of sensitive employee and credential information from ADP software to Paycom software. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, preferably within a Human Resources department, and be comfortable working with sensitive medical and credentialing information. This role requires precision, confidentiality, and the ability to navigate HRIS platforms effectively.Responsibilities:Data Migration: Accurately transfer sensitive employee data, including passports, driver’s licenses, medical licenses, background check details, scope of work documents, first aid certifications, CPR certifications, and other credentials, from ADP to Paycom software.HRIS Management: Update and maintain employee records in HRIS systems with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality.Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires by ensuring proper documentation is entered into the system.Data Verification: Perform regular audits of migrated data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to ensure seamless data integration and compliance.Compliance: Handle sensitive medical and personal information in accordance with HIPAA and company confidentiality policies.Additional Responsibilities:Support benefits administration tasks as needed.Utilize Google Workforce tools for data management and reporting.
