We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks such as payroll management, recruitment, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage weekly payroll operations
- Update employee benefits as and when required
- Use ADP for various HR functions and data entry tasks
- Create and manage job postings for open positions
- Handle recruitment processes including scheduling interviews
- Draft offer letters for prospective employees
- Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees
- Ensure HRMS data is accurate and up-to-date
- Perform audits regarding HR and payroll related matters.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Familiarity with Ceridian software
- Ability to use HRMS effectively
- Proficiency in About Time software
- Experience in auditing
- Ability to conduct background checks
- Knowledge of benefit functions
- Strong customer service skills
