We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Azusa, California. The selected individual will be tasked with managing all aspects of Human Resources activities within a manufacturing setting. This role involves handling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, and other daily functions of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities:• Oversee the recruitment, interview, hiring, and training of new staff within the department.• Administer and manage all aspects of Benefits Administration and Employee Engagement.• Partner with local operations leadership to understand and implement the organization’s human resource and talent strategy.• Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of job applicants with experience in non-exempt roles.• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, researching and proposing competitive base and incentive pay programs.• Develop learning and development programs to provide internal development opportunities for employees.• Handle employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in accordance with company policy.• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.• Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
