You will also play a vital role in recruitment, hiring, and retention, ensuring that the team remains productive and efficient. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies• Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, and onboarding processes for various positions• Manage employee relations proactively, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment• Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and regulations to avoid legal violations and penalties• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, aligning them with our business goals• Provide guidance on performance management to front-line management• Oversee annual performance evaluations for hourly team members• Maintain accurate HR-related data, including turnover rates and attendance records• Develop and execute employee retention programs in collaboration with the operations team• Manage benefit functions, ensuring employees receive their entitled benefits and understand the benefit processes
