Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies, solutions, and programs to improve the productivity, engagement, development, and retention of employees.
- Provide guidance and counsel on workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, and change management.
- Partner with leaders to boost engagement, tracking progress on engagement initiatives and their results.
- Analyze trends, best practices, and metrics to formulate solutions, programs, and policies.
- Support the Talent Acquisition function for office and management roles, including planning, and the selection processes.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and code of conduct policies, offering advice to management and employees.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through a systematic approach; conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Identify training needs for employees.
- Ensure correct administration for all HR-related policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
- Coach managers and employees in problem-solving, dispute resolution, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance.
