Physical Demands and Work Environment
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Work in an office setting with occasional time required in the manufacturing facility.
- Be frequently exposed to fumes, dust, airborne particles, and extreme heat and humidity.
- Manage noise levels in the manufacturing facility.
- Perform physical tasks with minimal effort, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
- Occasionally lift light objects.
- Be available to meet with employees working on 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.
