Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that arise in the workplace.
- Conduct training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.
- Design organizational structures that support business objectives while enhancing employee engagement.
- Evaluate employee performance through structured evaluation processes, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding workforce management.
- Assist with payroll and onboarding new patients
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and best practices in human resources management.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
- Experience in program management with a focus on organizational development.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition and succession planning initiatives.
- Proficient in training development methodologies and employee evaluation processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Background in healthcare, particularly mental health, and experience using an EHR
