Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of hiring processes
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR operations
- Strategize and manage the overall operations of the HR department
- Leverage HR expertise to provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters
- Drive the development and execution of HR strategies that support business objectives
- Foster a positive work environment and manage HR-related inquiries or complaints
- Provide continuous support to the team and manage HR projects as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Proficient in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Proven experience in managing employee relations
- Excellent ability to develop and implement hiring processes
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to use HR software and databases effectively
- Ability to strategize and implement company culture, values, and behavior
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
