We are urgently seeking an Interim HR Manager to lead and manage our client's human resources functions on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering HR solutions, quickly adapting to new environments, and guiding teams through transitions. You’ll be responsible for managing key HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Develop and implement short-term solutions for immediate organizational needs while maintaining long-term alignment with company values and goals.
- Partner with leadership to address urgent hiring needs, including collaboration with talent acquisition teams to attract skilled contract and permanent professionals.
- Lead employee engagement strategies
- Manage payroll systems and HRIS platforms, while leveraging HR analytics for decision-making.
- Deliver training and development solutions to employees and managers to optimize team performance and retain top talent.
- Ensure seamless communication during leadership transitions and organizational transformation periods.
Skills and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3 plus years of HR Manager experience
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
- Proven expertise in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
