Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Managing the benefits programs, ensuring all employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively.
- Liaising with a third party to submit payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with all employees, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Ensuring the company remains in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintaining strong employee relations, fostering a positive work environment for all staff.
- Managing all aspects of the hiring processes, from job posting to contract signing.
- Should have substantial knowledge and experience in Benefit Functions
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Understanding of payroll
- Excellent Communication skills are a must, both verbal and written
- Should be able to ensure Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Must have strong skills in Employee Relations, able to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
- Must be familiar with and experienced in Hiring Processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
