Responsibilities
- Processing full cycle payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- Administering benefits for all employees
- Coordinating and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintaining HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information
- Engaging in activities to foster employee engagement
- Collaborating with the HR Director to support the needs of their 250 employees
- Utilizing Paycom for various HR functions
