Responsibilities:
- Migration Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of the Windows 11 migration project, contributing to the development of timelines and strategies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a coordinated and efficient migration process.
- End-User Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users during the migration process.
- Troubleshoot installation issues, resolve compatibility problems, and answer technical questions promptly and effectively.
- Offer clear and patient guidance to users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Hardware and Software Upgrades: Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed to prepare devices for Windows 11 compatibility.
- Assess system requirements and recommend appropriate upgrades.
- Operating System Deployment: Image and deploy Windows 11 operating systems to workstations and servers using established procedures and tools.
- Ensure consistent and accurate deployment across all devices.
