We are offering a contract to permanent for an Inside Sales Customer Service role in the manufacturing industry, located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The work environment will involve collaboration with teams such as Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting to ensure customer requests are fulfilled. Responsibilities: • Handle customer interactions to create quotations and process purchase orders for machinery, spare parts, and services using QuickBooks. • Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. • Work close with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting teams to ensure all customer requests are addressed. • Exhibit an ability to work independently on tasks as well as collaboratively in a team structure. • Utilize communication skills to strengthen relationships with customers. • Ensure data processing and answering of inbound calls are executed accurately and efficiently. • Understand and perform buying processes. • Prepare quotations accurately and promptly.
