We are partnering with a leading consumer warranty law firm based in Century City to find Intake Coordinators to join their growing team. The Intake Coordinator will play a crucial role in taking incoming calls from prospective clients and handling customer service-related tasks.
Responsibilities
• Provide top-tier customer service, primarily in a call center setting
• Conduct detailed reviews of cases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Facilitate introductions for client cases, acting as the primary point of contact
• Leverage various software tools used to track and input information around calls
• Utilize communication skills to maintain positive client relations
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
• Use Spanish language skills, if available, to cater to a diverse range of clients.
Details
• 5 days on site in Century City
• Standard work hours Mon - Fri to start. Hours to shift to Tuesday - Saturday after initial training
• Contract-to-hire
