Collaborating with Regional Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams, this position aims to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that directly address sales priorities while driving measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Program Design & Execution: Lead the program journey from brand awareness and demand generation to customer advocacy, across multiple channels. Develop and implement regional demand programs aligned with business revenue goals, while activating global campaigns at a localized level.Audience & Offer Strategy: Define audience segmentation and account targeting strategies. Tailor messaging, content, and offers, while partnering on channel tactics to drive audience engagement effectively.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Regional Marketing to align programs with sales goals. Work closely with Solutions Marketing teams to ensure program messaging aligns with customer needs and market trends. Coordinate with channel experts to prioritize and execute tactical plans.
