As a Supply Chain / Inventory Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring compliance with FDA requirements related to protection and customer safety. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Verifying and confirming product serial numbers for inventory, customer orders, and customer returns to ensure compliance with serialization guidelines.• Streamlining the process of sending serialization data to customers and assisting them in effectively using this data.• Addressing high volumes of query emails related to serialization data.• Using Excel for data analysis and problem resolution.• Conducting audits as part of the process of verifying and confirming product serial numbers.• Providing excellent customer service and communication to address queries and concerns.• Participating in supply chain logistics and collection processes.• Using advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and problem resolution.
