We are looking for a diligent and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team in Broadview, Illinois. Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare food products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Label and organize shipments according to specified guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform routine quality checks on items to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as required for daily tasks.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
- Comfortable working in a food distribution environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
