The primary function of this role is to manage all aspects of inventory control within the company, ensuring that all equipment, supplies, and materials are received, stored, and catalogued in an organized and efficient manner. This role is crucial to our operations, as it ensures the smooth functioning of our purchasing and shipping processes.Responsibilities:• Manage the purchasing and receiving functions, ensuring timely and accurate recording• Oversee inventory control, including the management of equipment fixed assets• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories in accordance with company policy• Ensure adequate and appropriate stocking levels are maintained at all times• Coordinate the return of non-Company assets, working closely with administration and sales personnel• Maintain an organized and labeled inventory, collaborating with warehouse personnel• Prepare orders for assembly or shipment and ensure their accurate picking• Monitor order tracking through various vendor relationships• Oversee the incoming and outgoing stock tracking• Perform other duties as assigned.
