Description
We are looking to bring on board an IT Director in the hospitality industry based in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. As the IT Director, you will be tasked with the management and enhancement of the entire information technology infrastructure, including systems, networks, software, and personnel. You will align technology with business goals through the development and implementation of IT strategies, budget management, and team leadership to maintain operational efficiency and security.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute comprehensive IT strategies that support business growth objectives, including the development of technology roadmaps and future infrastructure needs.
Lead the selection and implementation of new Saas-Based IT systems and software applications such as ERP, CRM, Financial Systems, etc., while ensuring a seamless integration with the existing hybrid-infrastructure.
Supervise and manage the IT team, which includes hiring, training, performance evaluations, and project assignments.
Oversee the IT budget, which encompasses cost analysis, vendor negotiations/management, resource allocation, and ensuring the delivery of quality service.
Maintain and optimize the network infrastructure, including cloud-based servers like Azure/AWS, on-prem firewalls and routers, and data security measures.
Implement robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive data from breaches, including access controls, incident response plans, and regular security assessments.
Provide technical support to users across the organization and manage help desk operations.
Maintain close contact with department representatives to understand enhancement requirements for various systems.
Drive transformation across teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Proven expertise in Cisco Technologies is mandatory.
Proficient understanding of Cloud Technologies.
Demonstrable knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions.
Proven experience with Backup Technologies.
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware.
Ability to understand, negotiate, and manage Contracts.
Experience in managing Deployments in a hospitality setting.
Proven track record in providing Deskside Support.
