Location: Kansas City, MO - Initially fully onsite, later hybrid

As a cornerstone to the leadership team, you'll align technology and operations to make a difference while ensuring systems are future-ready.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute IT strategy, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and efficient across multiple offices.
• Lead the IT department, overseeing staff, vendors, and partners while managing operations effectively.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure resilience in unexpected situations.
• Collaborate with teams to create tech solutions that enhance support and service delivery for clients.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, lead cost-saving automation efforts, and adapt to emerging tech trends.
• Serve as an advisor to leadership on strategic IT investments and competitive advancements.

About You

You are a visionary IT professional with:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Relevant industry certifications and strong technical architecture expertise (a plus).
• Experience managing IT in multi-office, professional service settings.
• Proven project management, team leadership, and vendor management skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset to drive innovation.

Requirements

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is mandatory.
Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies is required.
Ability to manage and maintain Active Directory.
Experience with Backup Technologies is essential.
Must possess a strong understanding of Computer Hardware.
Familiarity with Configuration Management is necessary.
