Robert Half is hiring! We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will manage our site assets and servers, and support local IT teams. You will also be involved in implementing policies related to server management and upgrades, as well as contributing to our company plan.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily IT Site Operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to server management, upgrades and site-related Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Manage site assets, servers, switches, and equipment to maintain optimal performance
• Lead local site resources, resolving escalated issues and supporting local IT support teams
• Provide prompt and courteous attention to end-user questions and concerns
• Conduct complex data analysis to inform decision making
• Create and distribute instructional documentation for end users and corporate requirements
• Actively support Corporate Annual Plan objectives through diligent management of site responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.• A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in managing Active Directory and Office 365.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues.
• Proficient in planning and executing IT projects.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and network management.
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and data privacy standards.

Salary : $89,300 - $109,500
