We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an IT Support Technician II based in Salt Lake City, Utah.Responsibilities:• Provide support for personal computers and mobile devices on Android, iOS, Mac OS, and Windows platforms.• Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to the development of best practice solutions.• Document business processes, configurations, and other related functional specifications.• Have a working understanding of networking principles, practices, and technologies, particularly the TCP/IP protocol suite, including knowledge of DNS, WINS, and DHCP.• Use the ticketing system for tracking all work.• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems.• Administer mobile devices, understanding device connectivity to internet and corporate networks, and knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile and associated apps and configuration requirements.• Utilize Microsoft Skills, including working with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and understanding of security best practices and principles.
