We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Lease Admin Analyst in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is vital in our real estate portfolio management, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of our lease data, processing financial transactions, and providing detailed reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of real estate portfolio data for assigned clients.
- Input, manage, and report on lease details, financial transactions, and critical dates within lease management software.
- Prepare and reconcile AR/AP transactions to ensure lease information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist in resolving client inquiries by researching lease terms, payment transactions, and related matters.
- Draft and review lease abstracts for accuracy and clarity.
- Provide lease analysis and interpretation for clients.
- Monitor lease-related payables and receivables.
- Process client rent rolls and coordinate accounting transactions.
- Review and reconcile invoices to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Minimum 2 years of lease administration experience preferred.
- Strong background in commercial real estate, legal, financial, or account management roles may be considered.
- Proficiency in lease abstraction, financial reconciliation, and lease management systems (e.g., CoStar, Visual Lease, APEX, Harbor Flex, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with lease-related terms (e.g., estoppel, critical dates, COI, document execution).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting).
- Experience with AP/AR, rent processing, and reconciliations is a plus.
- Stability in work history preferred.
- Proficiency in Customer Service is essential
- Ability to carry out Reporting tasks effectively
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Familiarity with Invoice management
- Expertise in Payment Processing
- Demonstrated skills in Database management
- Supervising experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Security procedures
- Ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
- Proficiency in Facility management
- Experience with handling Deposits
- Understanding of Financial Notes
- Real Estate knowledge is desirable
- Strong Research Analysis skills
- Account Management experience
- Familiarity with Residential sector
- Experience with Ledger management
- Proficiency in using Zoom for communication
- Ability to draft Validation Plans
- Experience with Pivot Table in Excel
- Understanding of Lease Terms
- Proficiency in using VLOOKUP function in Excel
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is a plus
- Experience in managing Leases.
