Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Lease Administrator with commercial real estate experience, preferably in commercial retail leases. This role is dedicated solely to lease review and abstractions, supporting our in-house legal team by reviewing high volumes of commercial leases, summarizing their key terms, and ensuring proper organization and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal or contracts administration, providing them with a strong foundation in lease analysis and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Review, analyze, and abstract commercial retail leases, amendments, and related documents.Summarize key lease terms, including rent schedules, renewal options, exclusivity clauses, CAM charges, and other critical provisions.Maintain an organized lease database and ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored.Work closely with the in-house attorney team to provide lease summaries and clarifications as needed.Ensure accuracy and consistency in lease documentation and compliance with company standards.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address lease-related inquiries and discrepancies.
