We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Role:
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with internal legal and business policies, and assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes.
- Contract Management: Manage the filing and organization of a variety of contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SaaS agreements, ensuring post-deal compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
- Communication: Serve as a legal point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Process Improvement: Work under the guidance of the Director of Legal Operations to identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management and administration, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team.
Qualifications:
- Background in legal operations and systems.
- Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of contracts and legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Ironclad, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
