This role will primarily involve providing support for various applications used within our organization, maintaining accurate records, and resolving technical inquiries. Responsibilities:• Support and maintain legal applications such as iManage and Litera• Work closely with a team of engineers to ensure smooth operation of applications• Utilize Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and MDM Technologies for application management and deployment• Be part of the team moving to the latest version on MS Intune and iManage cloud before the end of the year• Participate in the process of evaluating a new Case Management System and a new MS Word macro template• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Work remotely and occasionally on-site when needed• Continuously improve the application support process and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Salary : $125,000 - $180,000
