The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a strong commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:• Provide administrative and legal support to a primary partner and associate, including managing schedules and correspondence.• Draft, edit, and format legal documents using tools like Adobe Acrobat and case management software.• Handle billing tasks, including preparing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Oversee calendar management for attorneys, scheduling meetings, hearings, and deadlines.• Coordinate and maintain client relations by responding to inquiries and providing updates on case progress.• Utilize Aderant and other legal tools to manage case files and related documentation.• Conduct research and prepare materials for estate planning and trusts documentation.• Perform filing and document organization, ensuring compliance with court and legal requirements.• Support occasional administrative needs for additional attorneys in the trusts and estates practice.• Assist with the use of Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for real estate-related matters.
