What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney - Plaintiff Employment position at Robert Half?
A friendly plaintiff employment firm is seeking an Attorney with at least 2 years of California civil litigation experience as a licensed attorney, with some of that experience being in employment (plaintiff or defense). This Attorney must be admitted to the CA state bar and willing to work 100% onsite. This firm takes a team approach to cases and has an extremely collaborative environment. The firm values its team environment and does an event every month.
This Attorney will focus mainly on plaintiff wage & hour class action and may also handle some single-plaintiff employment disputes. The ideal Attorney will have strong analytical and writing skills. This position offers excellent training, mentorship, and growth within the firm!
