Loan Processor - Support

Salary: $24.74 to $28.64 hourly

Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Loan Processor - Support role in Santa Clara, California. In this role, you will be a significant part of our team, focusing on loan processing, compliance, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently manage the processing of customer loan applications
• Ensure all loan documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Act as a liaison between loan officers, processors, and funding departments, providing timely updates and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and escrow officers to ensure smooth loan closings
• Prepare wire instructions for loan funding and confirm all required documentation has been received before disbursement
• Adhere to federal, state, and investor regulations, including TRID, RESPA, and other mortgage compliance guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and conduct audits of loan files to detect discrepancies
• Ensure all loan data is accurately entered into the system and generate reports of funded loans
• Work on process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in loan processing.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Understanding of Closing Processes in loan processing
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven record of Compliance with financial regulations
• Experience in drafting and managing Loan Agreements
• Knowledge of various Loan Products
• Proven ability to conduct Loan Reviews effectively
