This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Review and process loan applications and appraisals• Conduct audits on loan files to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations• Code applications accurately for easy tracking and processing• Document instances of incorrect loan contracts and appraisals for corrective action• Maintain a high level of compliance in business operations• Utilize computer and job-related software for efficient processing• Use your skills in Mortgage Banking and handling Mortgage Documents to ensure smooth operations• Apply your understanding of underwriting as a beneficial addition to your role• Communicate effectively, both in written and verbal forms, with customers and team members to resolve inquiries and issues• Employ excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to manage tasks and client relationships effectively
