As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape and develop a new QA team, with a focus on automated testing and best practices. This is not a manual testing role, but one that requires creating robust test scripts, implementing scalable frameworks, and mapping complex testing workflows to align with business goals.Responsibilities:• Establish and oversee QA practices, including the selection of tools and defining frameworks.• Create test plans and testing strategies that align with development requirements.• Work within Agile or hybrid environments, ensuring validation at UAT every few weeks.• Gather and validate application functionality requirements, working cross-functionally with Business Analysts and development teams.• Implement an automation-first approach, creating robust web application test scripts.• Establish scalable frameworks and sustainable QA practices.• Align complex testing workflows with business goals.• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Auditing, Defect Management, Selenium Automation, and Selenium - Web Browser Automation.
