Primary Responsibilities:
- Development of 360° Marketing & Content Strategies:
- Create annual marketing and content strategies that support:
- Both store and online channels
- Collaborations, projects, and activations
- Content creation, campaigns, and promotional materials
- Manage the company’s marketing calendar to ensure alignment with key business objectives.
- Campaign Creation & Execution:
- Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including in-store promotions, digital ads, social media, email marketing, and events, all aimed at driving sales.
- Work closely with Buying, Ecommerce, and Design teams to develop comprehensive launch strategies.
- Market Research & Insights:
- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform and refine marketing strategies.
- Identify emerging opportunities and propose actionable insights to enhance business performance.
- Budget Oversight:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across various initiatives and marketing channels.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to engage customers throughout their purchasing journey, incorporating loyalty programs, personalized communication, and seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Retail Insight:
- Leverage an understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and in-store marketing tactics to inform effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of fashion and cultural trends
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer behavior to guide marketing decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks without supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events as needed
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
