As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be tasked with handling special projects in response to an increased workload. Your primary responsibilities will include managing Medicaid billing, adjusting claims, and ensuring the accuracy of claim information input into the system.Responsibilities:• Handle special projects as assigned to manage increased workload• Manage Medicaid billing tasks• Adjust and resubmit claims as necessary• Research and review client accounts for accuracy and completeness• Follow up with providers to clarify and resolve issues• Ensure all claim information is accurately entered into the system• Leverage knowledge of Millin and Excel to accomplish tasks efficiently• Handle client intake and maintain accurate records• Navigate health insurance and healthcare insurance systems• Process medical claims and insurance claims efficiently.
