Responsibilities:• Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries with detail-oriented and efficiency.• Utilizing various computer programs and CRM tools to maintain precise customer records.• Managing patient navigations and concierge services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.• Leveraging knowledge of EHR SYSTEM and Allscripts to process customer credit applications swiftly and accurately.• Undertaking receptionist duties while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.• Collaborating with the team to execute authorizations, billing functions, and benefit functions.• Implementing your Epic Clinical skills when necessary to provide top-notch customer service.• Handling any administrative tasks related to medical services, as needed.
