Experience with Cisco routers and switches
Hands-on expertise with theMicrosoft Stack(M365, SharePoint, Azure, and Entra ID).

Familiarity with tools likeJIRAfor workflow and project management.
Strong knowledge offirewall administrationandnetworking fundamentals.
