Job Description:
We are seeking a Cloud Network Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and rebuilding our LAN/WAN infrastructure while supporting our transition to Azure and enhancing overall network security and efficiency. This role requires a versatile professional who thrives on wearing multiple hats and tackling diverse technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize LAN/WAN infrastructure, including Aruba switches, ClearPass, AirWave, and FortiGate.
- Build and maintain tunnels as part of the migration to Azure.
- Assist in the ongoing migration of Office 365.
- Manage and support network servers, VMware environments, and VDOMs.
- Rebuild the entire network to meet CISecurity controls and Perdue model standards.
- Build and configure servers with a strong understanding of SQL Server.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with network engineering and administration.
- Proficiency in Azure, VMware, and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with network security tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with major system overhauls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to be part of an on-call rotation schedule.
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
