As an Office Coordinator, you will be tasked with an array of responsibilities ranging from assisting with driver schedules to handling customer inquiries. This role is customer-centric and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.Responsibilities:• Assist in the management of driver schedules ensuring efficiency and timeliness.• Upload and update relevant documents and information into the TowBook dispatching system.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing general questions, facilitating lot visits and vehicle releases.• Coordinate with the lien department to conduct regular vehicle inventories and audits.• Administer and follow up on damage claims.• Liaise with the Fleet Administrator to obtain necessary documentation for drivers or fleet vehicles.• Oversee the maintenance of the facility, including snow removal needs.• Handle other tasks as assigned by the management team.• Ensure smooth operations in the office, managing interactions with drivers.• Facilitate scheduling in collaboration with the driver manager.• Engage extensively with AAA.• Manage cash transactions and process card payments.
