- Implement automation strategies to improve workflow efficiency and productivity

- Act as a mid-level manager, coordinating with other team members and departments for smooth operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for data management and communication purposes
- Manage the firm's calendar, scheduling meetings and events as needed
