Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in their search of an Operations Assistant for the Operations Department. Core responsibilities will be processing and submitting credit applications, preparing documents for customers, obtaining various documents from customers, and processing new orders. You will also support the Operations Manager with various administrative functions, attend weekly sales meetings, and be willing to assist with anything needed within the department.
Our client is in the financial services/leasing/lending industry so any interest in that industry is an added plus!
We are looking for effective communication skills, MS Office proficiency, comfortability on phone with customers, and strong attention to detail/organization for this position.
Our client offers a very strong benefits package for all employees and they're targeting a starting base salary of $45-50k for this position.
