We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona. This role primarily revolves around ensuring efficient and quality execution of various office and company tasks, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing shipping operations.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and execute tasks like creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, and updating financials.
- Handle non-standard activities related to carrier payments, rejecting orders, cancelling orders, updating and resolving events, booking loads, bouncing loads, and executing load builder profiles.
- Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests.
- Document events utilizing knowledge gained through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and experience. Follow defined escalation procedures when required.
- Ensure satisfaction by following through on customer or carrier requests. Escalate questions or requests when necessary.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to standards.
- Maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment that values creativity, innovation, and business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service in a call center or similar environment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
- Familiarity with Office Functions and Operations
- Understanding of Procedures and ability to Schedule Appointments
- Experience with Invoice and Payment Processing
- Commitment to Quality and Logistics
- Knowledge of Shipping Functions and Call Center Customer Service
- Strong Time Management skills
- Capability to Execute tasks as per requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Understanding of Company Policy and Prioritization
- Experience working in a Call Center environment
- Knowledge of Standard Operation Procedure
- Familiarity with Transportation Services
- Creativity and Innovation skills
- Ability to develop and implement Validation Plans
- Demonstrated contribution to Business Growth
- Understanding of Discrimination Laws
