Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders with a focus on end-of-month closure.
- Dealing with customer inquiries about orders, inventory status, and pricing details.
- Arranging shipments from our US warehouses and manufacturing plants.
- Ensuring company communication and documentation deadlines are met.
- Handling invoice processing and liaising with customers regarding invoice payments.
- Offering necessary sales support to the Regional Sales Managers.
- Assisting Regional Sales Managers in maintaining the status of contracts and annual budgets in SAP.
- Utilizing accounting software systems for various accounting functions.
- Ensuring a smooth budget process and efficient check processing.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Proficiency in the use of SAP
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
- Familiarity with Budget Processes
- Experience in Check Processing
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
