As an Operations Specialist, your role would be pivotal in processing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer queries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action.Responsibilities:• Ensuring accurate collection and tracking of data across various systems in the organization.• Working closely with team leaders, managers, and operational leaders to understand departmental objectives and requirements.• Assisting the strategic operations team with data input, management, and oversight of designated areas/markets as instructed.• Collaborating with management and executives to ensure departmental and organization-wide objectives are being implemented, maintained, and managed.• Developing, maintaining, and updating specific reports as needed.• Adhering to department policies and procedures relating to internal controls and audit compliance.• Safeguarding a high level of confidentiality.• Reviewing and analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making.• Utilizing Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other systems for operational tasks.• Managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
