What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Specialist position at Robert Half?
A Venture Capital firm we are working with is looking for an Operations Associate.They invest in late stage (pre IPO) technology companies, and most recently in the past 12 months, AI companies. They have a busy pipeline as AI companies are all raising money at the same time.Experience in a Private Equity or Venture Capital firm. No need to have technology industry experience. Sending out docusigns, handling subscription agreements, LP communications etc.Responsible for fund admin, transaction operations, and coordinating closings with LPs.Previous knowledge of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) preferred
